Krungsri Securities has given a “BUY” recommendation on Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) with a target price at ฿27.00/share.
KSS expects BAM’s NPL to rise amid bearish economic conditions, providing an opportunity for debt collectors and asset management operators to acquire NPLs at bargain prices. Larger debt portfolio will yield positive returns when the economy recovers. BAM also plans to auction off assets in 2Q20, which would lead to strong profit growth. These would be a near-term catalyst.
Tisco Securities has given a “BUY” recommendation on Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (DELTA) with a fair value of ฿45.75/share.
Tisco expects DELTA’s GPM to increase starting from 2Q20 after a lack of materials in 1Q due to the lockdown in China. DELTA will also benefit from the depreciated Thai baht, the growth of Data Center and other equipment (DELTA is No.1 in producing power supply), and the change in shipping method.
