BCP Establishes “BBGI Utility and Power” to Produce and Distribute Bioenergy

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) announced the establishment of new subsidiary on March 17, 2020, BBGI Utility and Power Co., Ltd., a company to produce and distribute bioenergy, electricity and public utilities with the registered capital of 50 million baht. BBGI Public Company Limited, BCP’s subsidiary, will hold 100% of BBGI Utility and Power.
