BCP Establishes “WIN Ingredients” to Operate Biological Products and Chemicals Business

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) announced that the Board of Directors meeting held on July 23, 2020, has resolved to approve the establishment of new subsidiary company namely WIN Ingredients Company Limited, in order to produce, sell, import, export, biological products and chemicals in various categories, with the registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht. BBGI Public Company Limited, a subsidiary company of BCP, will hold 100% of WIN Ingredients’ shares.
