CPF Officially Announces the Completion of “Tesco” Deal!

Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has announced that the Tesco Asia Group Investment Transaction has been completed.

 

Reference is made to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on March 9, 2020 in relation to the investment in Tesco Stores (Thailand) Limited and Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Tesco Asia Group Investment Transaction”). The investment is made indirectly through special purpose vehicles being C.P. Retail Holding Company Limited which wholly owns the share capital of C.P. Retail Development Company Limited.
