High Users’ Traffic for OR Subscription Temporarily Bring KBANK-BBL-KTB Mobile Apps Down!

The mobile banking application Kasikornbank, Bangkok Bank and Krungthai Bank, was temporarily down due to high user traffic.

The situation occurred since 9:00 am. on Sunday, January 24, 2021, in which the IPO of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) is available for subscription on these three banks.

 

Nevertheless, the subscription system can be accessed 24 hours a day from January 24, 2021, to February 2, 2021 at noontime. An allocation will be made on a small-lot first basis without early subscription closing.

 

After a short maintenance, the application was able to run, but users faced a long loading screen or a temporarily timeout.
