“Chansin Treenuchagron” Steps Down from THAI’s CEO, Moving Forward as Plan Administrator
"Chansin Treenuchagron" stepped down from THAI's CEO after the Central Bankruptcy Court approved THAI’s rehabilitation plan yesterday.
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) has announced that as the planners meeting on May 27, 2021, approved the resignation of Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron from the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer, but remains in the position of Director and the Planner effective from July 1, 2021, or until the Central Bankruptcy Court shall appoint the Plan Administrators or Acting Chief Executive Officer, whichever comes first.
In this regard, the Central Bankruptcy Court approved THAI’s rehabilitation plan yesterday and appointed the Plan Administrators namely; Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, Mr. Pornchai Teeravej, Mr. Siri Jirapongphan, Mr. Kraisorn Barameeauychai and Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron.
Meanwhile, the Plan Administrators’ meeting resolved to appoint Mr. Suvadhana Sibunruang, Chief, Human Resources as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company with effective date from June 16 – September 30, 2021.
