CPN Is Studying Additional Information for the SF Acquisition
CPN clarified that the company is in the process of studying the additional information in the acquisition of SF.
Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) stated that the company is in a process of studying information on the acquisition for Siam Future Development Public Company Limited (SF).
Following the report from “Kaohoon Turakij Newspaper” on June 25, 2021, stating that rumours are circulating in the trading room as CPN is expected to takeover SF at a price of Bt12.00 per share, and the deal is expected to complete in mid-July.
Due to such a report, CPN made an official statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) this morning stating that the company is in the process of studying the additional information. As of now, there is no clear agreement on such a study.
