SF Gains 3% prior to MAJOR’s Boards Meeting for Transferring Business to CPN
The share price of SF rose 3% prior to MAJOR's Boards meeting to consider business transfer to Central Pattana.
The Board of Directors of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (MAJOR) are expected to hold a meeting this afternoon to discuss offering Siam Future Development Public Company Limited (SF) shares to Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), said the source close to the matter.
According to earlier report by “Kaohoon Online,” MAJOR is expected to sell SF’s shares at ฿12.00/share, which is higher than the closing price on the previous Friday at ฿11.10/share, representing an 8.10% upside to the offering price.
The share price of SF rose ฿0.40/share or 3.60% to ฿11.50/share at the closing of the morning session on July 5, 2021.
The Board of Directors of MAJOR is expected to be held at 14:00 local time in Thailand today.
