ORI Establishes a JV to Operate Physical Therapy Clinic and United Clinic
Origin Property entered into a joint venture with T3 Stroke Nursing Home to establish Physical Therapy Clinic and United Clinic.
Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) announced that the company approved Origin Healthcare Company Limited, a subsidiary of ORI (the company holds 40% of the shares),to establish KIN ORIGIN HEALTHCARE COMPANY LIMITED, a new registered joint venture company with a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht to operate Physical Therapy Clinic and United Clinic.
The remaining shareholding proportion will be held by T3 Stroke Nursing Home Company Limited (40%), Mr.Thongchai Chockthanomsub (10%) and Mr. Buncha Phantumkomol (10%).
