Stocks in Focus on July 29, 2021: TEAM and CRC

Kaohoon Online has selected stocks with a high-growth potential for investors to consider on July 29, 2021.

 

Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) (MBKET) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Team Precision Public Company Limited (TEAM) with a target price at ฿5.10/share.

MBKET expected TEAM to report record-high earnings this year at 180 million baht, representing an increase by 25-30%, following the fully-booked orders that ran to year’s end and the production adjustment that resulted in a recovery of GPM to a double digit. In the meantime, TEAM is traded at a valuation of PE 16x, which is lower than its sector that traded at 30-40x.

 

Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (CRC) with a target price at ฿41.00/share.

KSS expected CRC to book 68 million baht in core profit. It should drop QoQ due to lockdown restrictions and weaker consumption as a result of rising new Covid-19 cases in Thailand and Vietnam. The share price has under-performed the SET by 7% over the last 2 months, suggesting the weak outlook for 2021 has been partly priced-in. As a result, KSS maintained a BUY call on CRC to capture the town reopening theme.
