COM7 to Engage in Motorcycle Manufacturing and Dealership Business through Subsidiary

Com7 Public Company Limited (COM7) has announced that the company has approved Novus Integration Company Limited (Novus Co., Ltd), a subsidiary of the company, (COM7 holds shares in the proportion of 100% of the registered capital of Novus Co., Ltd) to establish its new subsidiary, LorThong Co., Ltd.

 

LorThong Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 50,000,000 baht, divided into 500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 baht per share to engage in manufacturing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, and distributing motorcycles and other industrial and consumer products.

 

COM7 stated that both minority shareholders have expertise and experience in motorcycle dealers and are persons who have good relationships with many motorcycle dealers. As a result, the company expected that such business expansion will create added value for shareholders.
