Clover Power Trades Higher on the First Trading Day in SET Index

Clover Power Public Company Limited (CV) rose 8% after the opening bell on the first trading day in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on September 2, 2021.

 

The share price rose ฿0.32/share or 8.21% to trade at ฿4.22/share a minute after the opening bell in the Energy & Utilities sector in the Thai stock market.

The company engages in the renewable energy business including 1) generation and distribution of electricity, 2) engineering procurement and construction and 3) operation and maintenance services of energy-related businesses.

CV has a dividend policy to pay dividend to shareholders at the rate of not less than 40% of net profit after corporate income tax and all reserves specified by law.
