Singha Estate Completes the Acquisition of 100% Shares in Park Industry Co., Ltd.

Singha Estate Public Company Limited (S) announces an acquisition transaction by S.IF. Company Limited (S.IF.), a subsidiary whose 99.99 percent of its total issued shares are held by the company. S.IF. acquires 100 percent of the total issued ordinary shares in Park Industry Company Limited (PIC) from Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd. rendering PIC’s status as the company’s  subsidiary who carries out the industrial estate business.
