Stocks in Focus on September 6, 2021: BAM (KGI Securities TP at ฿22.00/share) and SCGP (Finansia Syrus Securities TP at ฿82.00/share).
Kaohoon Online has selected stocks with a high-growth potential for investors to consider on September 6, 2021.
KGI Securities has given a “BUY” recommendation on Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM) with a target price at ฿22.00/share.
KGI upgraded the rating on BAM from Neutral to Outperform, believing BAM’s operations have bottomed out and there are several factors showing a business recovery. Anticipation of huge NPL sales by banks after the economy reopens raises the potential growth for AMC businesses in 2H21-2022 in terms of more distressed asset sales and cash collection revenue.
The short-term driver should be BAM’s continued solid performance in 2H21 while long-term growth should be boosted by positive developments in its JV partnership. Given an undemanding valuation and PE and PBV discounted to peers by more than 60%.
Finansia Syrus Securities (FSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP) with a target price at ฿82.00/share.
FSS had a positive outlook on SCGP’s further investment in Visy from 20% to 100% acquisition, which would strengthen the company’s high value-added (HVA) products for sales and margin to boost its earnings in 4Q21 moving onward.
FSS estimated 31% CAGR in 2021-2023 with strong earnings, supported by all the acquisitions in the past few years.
