PTT Announces an Interim Dividend Payment of ฿1.20 with XD Date on Sep. 29
An interim dividend payment for the first six-month performance of year 2021 amounted approximately Baht 34,276 million, or 60% of the consolidated net income
PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) announces that PTT’s Board of Directors at the meeting held on 16 September 2021 approved a resolution of interim dividend payment for the first six-month performance of year 2021 to PTT’s shareholders at the rate of Baht 1.20 per share, totaling approximately Baht 34,276 million, or 60% of the consolidated net income.
The Record Date to entitle rightful shareholders who may receive the interim dividend will be on 30 September 2021 and the Ex-dividend date will be on 29 September 2021. The payment of the interim dividend will be made on 15 October 2021.
