SCB Denied the Auto-Loan Spinoff Reports, Eyes on the Boards Meeting Today
SCB denied the report of spinning off its auto loan business as investors are focusing on the Boards' meeting today.
The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) made an announcement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand in regards to the report of spinning off its auto loan business, stating that the company did not provide such news and the report is not true.
Earlier this morning, there were reports of SCB holding a Board of Directors meeting today to discuss a major business restructuring program, which will include a spinoff of its auto loans, digital loan and credit card businesses.
