TEAMG Set Up Joint Venture to Provide Property Technology Related Services

TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (TEAMG) announced that the company has set up a joint venture company namely, Asset Activator Company Limited, with 4 investors i.e. (1) Maneuver Holding Company Limited, (2) Bay Computing Company Limited, (3) Cons Robotics Company Limited, and (4) Mr. Ponn Virulrak.

The objective of establishment is to provide property technology related services comprising (1) digital data management of real estate assets, (2) development and improvement of Building Information Modeling and (3) advisory services on asset management development. The registered capital is 10,000,000 baht.

According to percentages of shareholding, TEAMG owns 30% of the registered capital, Maneuver Holding Company Limited owns 25%, Bay Computing Company Limited owns 25%, Cons Robotics Company Limited owns 5%, and Mr. Ponn Virulrak owns 10%.
