ITD-NWR Joint Venture Awarded ฿8,000Mn Contract to Construct Drainage Tunnel
ITD-NWR Joint Venture jointly signed the contract for the construction of a drainage tunnel for Khlong Prem Prachakorn from Khlong Bang Bua to the Chao Phraya River, with a total contract value of 8,775,721,300 baht
Nawarat Patanakarn Public Company Limited (NWR) announced that on September 8, 2021, ITD-NWR Joint Venture, consisted of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) and NWR, jointly signed the contract with Department of Drainage and Sewerage BMA for the construction of a drainage tunnel for Khlong Prem Prachakorn from Khlong Bang Bua to the Chao Phraya River, with a total contract value of 8,775,721,300 baht (VAT included).
The work will cover the construction of a pumping station and a drainage building with a size of 60 cubic meters per second, the construction of 4 water intake towers and the construction of a drainage tunnel the diameter is 5.70 meters, the length is 13.40 kilometers. The construction period is 1,800 days from notice to proceed.
