AP Launches LIFE Rama 4-Asoke to Revive Condo Market with Choose Everything Selling Point
AP Thailand, on a mission to EMPOWER LIVING, moves on as planned to revive condo market following positive signs in industry
Ms. Kamolthip Bumrungchatudom, Chief Condominium Business Group, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited (AP), said that the company is set to launch its new condominium development called LIFE Rama 4 – Asoke worth Bht 6,700 million comprising 1,237 units.
The new condominium project is the 19th joint condominium venture between AP and its Japanese partner Mitsubishi Estate Residence (a company of Mitsubishi Estate Group) after more than eight years of partnership. The launch followed continued positive customer sentiment.
Since the beginning of this year, the company started transferring ownership in its two ready-to-move-in condominium developments namely LIFE Ladprao Valley and LIFE Asoke Hype. Both received positive customer feedback, a sign of real demand from those who buy to live by themselves.

The company is scheduled to open for the first public preview of show units on 16 – 17 October. Prices start at Bht 3.99 million.
