BCP Establishes New Subsidiary to Operate Fuel Transportation and Logistics Business
The new established Bangkok Fuel Pipeline and Logistics Company Limited, with objectives to operate fuel transportation and logistics business, has completed its registration on October4, 2021
Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP) announced that the Board of Directors at the meeting held on September 30, 2021, has resolved to approve the establishment of a new subsidiary company called Bangkok Fuel Pipeline and Logistics Company Limited (BFPL), with objectives to operate fuel transportation and logistics business.
The initial registered capital is 1,000,000 Baht initially and will continue to increase capital. Bangkok Fuel Pipeline and Logistics Company Limited completed its registration on October4, 2021.
