Investors are ready for “BEYOND“, the new trading symbol of Bound and Beyond Public Company Limited (previously known as Padang Industry Public Company Limited or PDI), after shareholders agreed to move forward with the all-new brand in hotel business, announcing a 100% investment in Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and Capella Bangkok.
Bound and Beyond has completed the registration of the new name and new company’s seal with the Ministry of Commerce’s Department of Business Development on 5 October 2021, and the SET has now given the go-ahead to change trading symbol to “BEYOND” on 11 October 2021.
