SCB Officially Establishes “ALPHA X” to Provide Financial Services for Luxury Cars
SCB has officially inked the deal with Millennium Group to provide financial services for luxury cars, motorcycles, yachts and riverboats.
The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) has made an official signing ceremony with Millennium Group Corporation (Asia) Limited (MGC-Asia) to establish ALPHA X Co., Ld. for the hire purchase, leasing and refinance business operations that cover premium and luxury cars, motorcycles, yachts and riverboats as well as other related services.
Mr. Wasin Saiyawan, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Wholesale Banking Officer of SCB, stated that ALPHA X will utilize digital capabilities to support the operation through AI and big data to reach targeted groups and better and faster service. The company plans to increase the registered capital to 300 million baht within one year with SCB and MGC-Asia holding an equal shareholding stake of 50-50.
ALPHA X is expected to commence its business this year.
