SCB-ADVANC Officially Incorporate a New JV “AISCB” to Provide Digital Lending Services
SCB and ADVANC have jointly established AISCB Co., Ltd., with key objective to provide digital lending via online platforms to enhance the access to financial service
The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SCB) and Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (ADVANC) jointly announced that both companies have officially incorporated a new joint venture company under the name AISCB Co., Ltd. (AISCB) with the Ministry of Commerce on October 25, 2021, having a registered capital of Baht 600,000,000 divided to 6,000,000 shares at 100 Baht per share.
The JV is 50:50 owned by ADVANC and SCB with the investment value Baht 300,000,000 from each side.
The objective of AISCB is to provide digital lending via online platforms to enhance the access to financial services.
