ITEL 3Q21 Profit Soars 28% to THB64 Million as Service Incomes Improve
ITEL had net profit of Baht 64 million in 3Q21, increasing by 28%, and total revenue of 530 million baht
Interlink Telecom Public Company Limited (ITEL) has announced its 3Q21 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
For the three-month period ended 30 September 2021, ITEL had total revenue of Baht 530.22 million, increasing by Baht 54.44 million, 11.44% compared to the same period of prior year, and net profit of Baht 63.73 million; increasing by Baht 13.77 million, 27.56% compared to the same period of prior year as well.
Service incomes consist of 3 categories as follows; 1. Service income from network rendering of Baht 328.76 million or represented 63.34% of total service incomes. The service income increased compared to the same period of prior year by Baht 44.27 million or 15.56% because the company recognised service income from the project of providing high-speed internet service in remote areas (USO Phase 2) and the increasing of the new customers during the period.
2.Service income from network installation service of Baht 170.26 million, 32.81% of total service incomes. The service income increased from the same period of prior year by Baht 5.37 million,3.26%. The major projects which recognized revenue in this period are such as the project of procurement of operating vehicles, equipped with an unmanned aerial vehicle detection system and unmanned aerial vehicle control signal interference, with portable unmanned aerial vehicle (Drone Gun) amounted to Baht 86.53 million, a contract for the purchase and installation of fiber optic for a government entity amounted to Baht 67.78 million and the contract of preventive maintenance of fiber optic network of astate enterprise amounted to Bath 14.32 million.
3.Service income from data center space service of Baht 19.99 million, 3.85%of total service income. It decreased because in the same period of prior year there was a customer who had postponed the extension of the service contract from the 2nd quarter to the 3rd quarter of 2020.
