AWS stated that there is a positive sentiment from easing Covid-19 situation and the reopening of major economic countries leads to a recovery in refining price. AWS revised 2021-22 net profit up to 9,827 million baht and 8,619 million baht, respectively, to reflect the recovery in refining price and expected strong results.
Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) (MBKET) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited (MAJOR) with a target price at ฿28.00/share.
MBKET expected MAJOR to record extra profit from the sale of SF shares in 3Q21, supporting 3Q21 net profit of about 2 billion baht and noted that the company may pay extra dividend. Following lockdown eased, 4Q21 earnings will strongly recover from several movie releases and accelerate further in 2022.
