BGRIM Boards Approve the Purchase of 49.9% Stake in a 95.78MW Power Plant in South Korea

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) announced that, on 14 December 2021, the company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting resolved to approve B.Grimm Power Korea Limited (a 100% owned subsidiary of BGRIM), as purchaser, to acquire 49.9% of total shares of KOPOS Co., Ltd. pursuant to Share Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into with Renewable Energy Korea Co., Ltd.as seller (a non-related person of BGRIM) at par value for the total share purchase price of USD3,500,000 (approximately THB117 million).   

However, such share acquisition is subject to be approved by relevant regulatory authorities of the Republic of Korea.
