SCB Completes the Dissolution of Its Joint Venture “TREX Ventures”

The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (SET: SCB) announced that on 20 December 2021, TREX Ventures Co., Ltd., a company under SCB’s Financial Group (as SCB indirectly holds 51% of the company’s paid-up capital through SCB 10X Co., Ltd. and Godwit Rock Pte. Ltd. holds 49% of the company’s paid-up capital) has completed its dissolution registration with the Department of Business Development, the Ministry of Commerce according to resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company and is now under a liquidation process.
