MINT Improves Liquidity by Divesting Ownership in 2 Subsidiaries for THB3,500 Million
MINT divested 40% ownership in two subsidiaries to improve liquidity and reduce debts.
Minor International Public Company Limited (SET: MINT) has announced that the company has divested its shareholding in two subsidiaries for $104.8 million (approx. THB3,500 million) to improve liquidity and reduce debts.
On December 22, 2021, MINT announced that the company has divested 40% of its ownership in the wholly-owned newly established company, Siam Success Realty Ltd. (SSR), which is a shareholder of Chao Phaya Resort Limited (CPR), the owner of (1) Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, (2) Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel, (3) Riverside Plaza Bangkok, to Dana Hospitality RSC Limited (DHRL), which is not a connected person or company.
Meanwhile, the company will also divest 40% of its ownership in MHG Phuket Limited (MHGP) to DHRL as well. MHGP is the owner of (1) Anantara Layan Phuket Resort and (2) Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.
