GLAND Denies Tender Rumors! Shares Jumps 6.25% in Morning Session
GLAND’s shares goes up 6.25% in the morning session after the investors were notified of the takeover rumors by CPN, while GLAND insisted that the company does not know of such transaction is to be conducted.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has lifted the halt sign off Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND)’s shares after the company has disclosed a clarification to SET regarding the matter of CPN is preparing to make a tender offer for GLAND’s shares, saying that the company did not know about such agreement between the company and the shareholders.
After the sign has been lifted, GLAND’s shares make a 6.25% jump from ฿2.88/share to ฿3.06/share at 11:00 A.M. with the value of 13.39 million baht. During the morning session as of 11:30 A.M., GLAND goes up to ฿3.24/share for the highest before skid to ฿3.06/share, while the lowest is ฿2.96/share.
