BKD Signs a ฿3bln. Contract as Interior Decorator for Myanmar Residential Project
On September 5, 2018, BKD has signed an MOU with Myanmar’s Diamond Rose Mining Co., Ltd. as architectural and interior decorator for 3 billion baht.
Bangkok Dec-Con Public Company Limited (BKD) has signed an MOU with Diamond Rose Mining Co., Ltd. on September 5, 2018 as architectural and interior decorator of Loi Kham Residential Community, a real estate project in Myanmar.
The Loi Kham Residential Community project is worth 8 billion baht, and BKD will receive more than 3 billion baht as architectural and interior decorator. BKD expects to start its work on the first phase by the end of 2018. The whole project has 3 years for completion period.
BKD utilizes “Prefabrication” system, which is a manufacturing and preparation at the factory and on-site installation. This will help BKD to be able to control the cost and quality of the project. Myanmar also has high potential of growth in investment and an increasing in purchasing power, said Mrs. Nuchanart Ratanasuwanachart, chairman of executive committee managing director.
Mr. Sai Ywet, managing director of Diamond Mining Co., Ltd., said that the Loi Kham Residential Community project is located on the greatest spot on the hill around its area. The construction material has been selected from the best as well as the management system.
