GLAND’s Directors Pass the Torch to CPN Group, Taking 5 Positions on Its New Policy
GLAND has announced the resignation of its directors and the new directors as replacement.
Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of its significant resolutions from the Board of Directors for resignations and replacements in the director positions of GLAND.
Resignations of the following directors of the GLAND:
(1) Mr. Yotin Boondicharern Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer
(2) Mr. Jatesiri Boondicharern Director, Member of Executive Directors and Managing Directors
(3) Miss Romani Boondicharern Director, Member of Executive Directors and Deputy Managing Director of Accounting and Finance Group
(4) Mr. Nipon Wisityuthasart Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member
(5) Mr. Banphot Hongthong Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
The resignation of the directors number (1) to (3) was effective since 12 September 2018 and the resignation of the directors number (4) to (5) was effective since 14 September 2018.
Approval of the new directors to replace the resigning directors, which was effective since 12 September 2018:
(1) Mr. Sudhitham Chirathivat Chairman of the Board of Directors
(2) Mr. Pandit Mongkolkul Director
(3) Mr. Preecha Ekkunagul Director
Approval of the change of the authorized directors as follows, which was effective since 12 September 2018:
“Mr. Sudhitham Chirathivat or Mr. Pandit Mongkolkul or Mr. Preecha Ekkunagul or Mr. Prapanpong Vejjajiva, two of the four directors jointly sign and affix GLAND’s seal”
Approved the appointment of executives and company secretary as follows, which was effective since 13 September 2018:
(1) Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit Chief Executive Officer (acting)
(2) Mrs. Panida Sooksridakul Deputy Vice President (acting)
(3) Flt.Lt. Kree Dejchai Deputy Managing Director (acting)
(4) Mr. Somphoch Thitipalatip Company Secretary
