PTTEP Forms PTTEP MENA to Support Future Investments
PTTEP has established PTTEP MENA, using 1.6 million baht in order to support its future investment.
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) has informed that PTTEP MENA Limited has been established in order to support future investments, with registered capital of 50,000 USD (approximately 1.6 million baht at the exchange rate of 32.35 THB / 1 USD), consisting of 500 ordinary shares. PTTEP MENA Limited is wholly-owned by PTTEP Business Center Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTTEP.
