TRITN Strengthens Business by Joining World’s Leading Construction Company – CRCC

Triton Holding Public Company Limited (TRITN) signs a Memorandum of Understanding of project cooperation on September 27, 2018, with China Railway Construction (Southeast Asia) Company Limited (CRCC), which is a large corporation operating both in The Republic of China and Thailand, with its expertise in construction field.

Both parties foresee each other’s capability to operate the business together. Therefore, to strengthen and improve business’ effectiveness and to enhance capacity to compete in the construction industry, both parties agrees and signs the aforementioned Memorandum of Understanding of project cooperation for benefits in joint operation in the foreseeable future.

 

This cooperation is considered a full partnership between the top two companies in the construction industry. CRCC, one of the world’s most powerful and largest integrated construction group, ranking the 58th among the Fortune Global 500 in 2017, and the 14th among the China 500 in 2017，as well as 3rd among ENR’s Top 250 Global Contractors in 2015, is the largest engineering contractor in China.

 

TRITN is a holding company, its operation is in investment in media, construction, real estate, and construction. TRITN’s business was very impressive on the past 3 quarters, that it was able to erase all of its deficit, which proved how good it was in handling various types of projects.
