AU Establishes HK Branch to Support Int’ Business Transactions/Operation
The Board of AU has approved the establishment of After You Hong Kong Limited to serve international business transactions or franchise contract operations outside Kingdom of Thailand.
After You Public Company Limited (AU) has announced that the Board has approved setting up a new company, After You Hong Kong Limited at Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The registration can be accomplished in Oct. 2018
AU will hold 100% of After You Hong Kong Limited shares with 10,000 dollars or 323,475 baht ($1 = ฿32.35 on Oct. 2, 2018) as registered capital, divided into 10,000 shares, and par value at 1.00 dollar.
This new establishment is to serve international business transactions or franchise contract operations outside Kingdom of Thailand
