BGC Sets IPO at ฿10.20, First-Day Trade Oct. 18

BG Container Glass Public Company Limited (BGC) has confirmed that its IPO will be traded at ฿10.20/share. BGC has set the IPO period on October 8-10, 2018 and the first day of trading in SET will be on October 18, 2018. Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited has been appointed as BGC’s financial advisor.

The funding’s purpose is to pay the loan from the expansion of glass-container factory in Ratchaburi and to use as fund flow.

 

BGC is manufacturing and selling glass packaging containers company, and trusted by its domestic and overseas customers due to the quality of the products and the technology incorporated into its production. With 5 manufacturing plants, BGC is considered to be the largest manufacturer of glass containers both in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
