“Kulaya Tantitemit” Steps Down from KTB’s Director
Dr. Kulaya Tantitemit has resigned from KTB, effective from October 11, 2018.
Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (KTB) has announced the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting on October 10, 2018 in acknowledging the resignation of Dr. Kulaya Tantitemit from Director, Executive Director and Member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee, effective from October 11, 2018.
The Authorized Signatories has been changed to Mr. Payong Srivanich, the President solely signing and affixed thereto with KTB’s official seal or Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai and Mr. Poonnis Sakuntanaga signing jointly totaling two persons and affixed thereto with KTB’s official seal.
