All Inspire – Estate Developer – Is Set for Its 150 Million-IPO at ฿1.00

All Inspire Development Public Company Limited has submitted its financial statement and filed a prospectus with the Securities of Exchange Commission (SEC) for 150 million of Initial Public Offering (IPO) at ฿1.00/share, considering 26.79% of listed share and paid-up stock after this offering.

The company has registered ฿560 million authorized capital with 410 million or 410 million shares of issued capital and paid-up capital, having Asia Plus Securities as a financial advisor.

As of now, the major shareholder is Thanawarith family which holds 100% of All Inspire’s share, but will be reduced to 7.21% after selling all of its 150 million shares or 26.79% of IPO. Moreover, the company will comply with its policy to issue a dividend of 40% at a minimum of its net profits to shareholders.

 

The purpose of this offering is to raise the funding for business expansion, especially estate developments in essential locations, settling the debt with a financial institution and future internal fund flow. All aspects will drive All Inspire to top 10 estate developer in Thailand.

 

All Inspire is a real estate developer either condominium projects and horizontal real estate projects. Including related businesses. The company generates profitable business models through diversify operations cost centers, such as, land asset acquisitions, project owners and systems management, drive continuous growth via expertise as a developer. The company also focus on develop estate alongside Bangkok Mass Transit Line, especially BTS Green Line and MRT Blue Line.

 

Furthermore, the company also plans to develop six more projects worth ฿15.3 billion which are expected to be commercialized in 2019.

As for the previous three-year financial statement for All Inspire, the company has constant growth.

In 2015, the company earned ฿109.14 million in revenue with ฿3.55 million profits.

In 2016, the company earned ฿419.69 million in revenue with ฿11.03 million profits.

In 2017, the company earned ฿714.5 million in revenue with ฿80.8 million profits.

In the first half of 2018, the company earned ฿1.15 billion in revenue with ฿165.1 million profits.

The main factor for All Inspire’s constant growth is the income from estate selling that the company recognizes consistently each year.
