Cho Thavee Public Company Limited (CHO) has announced that the company had offered additional shares allocation to Macquarie Bank Limited as private placement. The number of allotted and subscribed shares equal to 12,000,000 shares at ฿1.4271/share, amounting for a total of ฿17,125,200. After the transaction CHO’s remaining shares equal to 159,000,000 shares.
