MINT issues ฿9.9bln. Debentures to foreign institutional investors for refinancing the loan in relation to the investment in NH Hotel Group.
Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) has announced the new debenture issuance in the amount of US$ 300 Million (approx. ฿9,905,400,968.50) offering to foreign institutional investors for refinancing the loan in relation to the investment in NH Hotel Group, S.A.
The debentures, issuing December 4, 2018, will have a fixed interest rate at 4.661% per annum and paid semi-annually until the First Call Date (December 4, 2021).
