DTC Establishes New Subsidiary to Strengthen Its Hospitality Services

Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DTC) has announced that on December 18, 2018,  the company has established a new subsidiary, Dusit Hospitality Services Co., Ltd., to accommodate the projects on hospitality services such as outside catering, cleaning services, restaurant and hotel pre-opening with ฿1 million of registered capital, consisting of 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of ฿100.

 

DTC also informs that the company’s head office has relocated from 946 Dusit Thani Building, 5th floor, Rama IV Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 to the following address:
