SAMTEL Reveals an Acquisition of ฿2bln. Network Expansion Project from CAT Telecom
SAMTEL has signed a contract with CAT Telecom through SSL consortium for a ฿2 billion project.
Samart Telcoms Public Company Limited (SAMTEL) has informed that “SSL consortium” which comprises with Samart Communication Services Co., Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of SAMTEL), Sky ICT Public Company Limited and Loxley System Integrator Company Limited has signed contract with CAT Telecom Public Company Limited on December 20, 2018 for a Bandwidth Expansion of Network connecting Border and Submarine Cable Station Project with total project value of ฿1,992.01 million.
The portion for Samart Communication Services values ฿678.15 million (including VAT). Term of the project for complete implementation is 210 days after the date of contract signing and payment term is divided into 4 periods based on work progress.
