SUPER Invests ฿3.5bln. in Vietnam Solar Power Plant with 100MW Capacity in Total
SUPER, through its subsidiary, has invested in Van Giao 1 and Van Giao 2 project, which are solar power plants in Vietnam.
On December 21, 2018, the Board of Directors of Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) has approved the investment in the solar power plant project by a subsidiary of the company in Vietnam, two projects with total installed capacity of 100 MW (50 MW in each project).
As a result of this transaction, SSE-HK2, a subsidiary of SUPER, holds 100% of shares in Van Giao Solar Power Plant Joint Stock Company, which is the Project Company of Van Giao 1 and Van Giao 2. The investment value is not over ฿1,750,000,000 in each project, and the Return on investment (EIRR) minimum is not less than 13% from each project.
