GLOW is Finally within GPSC’s Grasp after ERC Approves the Takeover!
ERC has approved GPSC to takeover GLOW under some certain conditions.
Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has announced that the Board of Directors of ERC has approved Global Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) to takeover Glow Energy Public Company Limited (GLOW) under the condition that GLOW must complete its disposition of GLOW SPP 1 Company Limited before or at the moment of GPSC’s taking over.
For fairness and transparent in this transaction, ERC also announces protection policies for all GLOW’s customers.
