If you’re going to talk about a company with consistent, and strong performance results in the MAI capital market, you need to mention ATP 30 PLC, or ATP30, a shuttle bus service provider specializing in transporting factory workers between their homes and the workplace. Because, if you look back 4 years, it’s clear that their net profits have been getting bigger, and bigger.
Starting from 2015, their profits were at 11.80 million baht, then in 2016, it nearly doubled to 21.93 million baht. In 2017, profits grew to 26.25 million baht, and in just the first nine months of 2018, the profits were already booked in at 30.50 million baht. In just nine months, the company had managed to set their highest record, so, it’s pretty obvious 2018 is becoming the golden year for ATP30.
The consistent and vigorous growth in the company’s performance have been the results from its expansion in providing services to existing and new customers, as well as, making a move into the tourism industry.
Credit has to be given to the immaculate management of the executives of ATP30.
In addition to all this, there’s still more positive factors in ATP30’s potential for long term growth after picking up a contract for commuting the employees of Thai NOK company, Ltd. The deal consists of ten air-conditioned vans for a period of four years, starting from the 26th of February, 2019.
There’s also the likelihood for more growth in future revenues from increasing the size of their bus fleet to provide services to the existing customers, acquire new customers, and allying with Raja Ferry Port (RP) PCL to initiate business in offering transportation for tourists going to and fro between Bangkok and Pha-Ngan island which will start in 2019. The partnering is a good opportunity to tap into the tourism industry for the company that’s already in the business of transporting workers.
Furthermore, the company still continues to emphasize on the main target customers covering the three provinces of the Eastern Economic Corridor of Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao which makes the company likely to benefit from any progress and investments in the EEC project.
So, all that’s been mentioned adds up to ATP30 currently having a total of 35 customers, 270 vehicles, in contracts worth 1,964 million baht that will gradually be booked in to the year 2023.
Therefore, it is reasonable to believe that APT30 ‘s performance will continue to grow in the future.
Along with the analysts by Globlex Securities suggests the “buy” target price at 2.40 baht.
