STEC Signs ฿1.4bln Project to Construct Office & Commercial Building
STEC has signed a ฿1.4 billion project to construct Rasa Petchburi Office & Commercial Building with 24 months construction period.
Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited (STEC) has announced that the company has signed a new contract with Rasa Ventures Co., Ltd. for structural work, architectural work, electrical and mechanical work and landscape work to construct 28 floors concrete building and one basement with 24 months construction period. The project under the name “Rasa Petchburi Office & Commercial Building” has a total value of ฿1,462,476,642.
