SUPER Tests the Water by Announcing Fund Offering Date without SEC’s Confirmation
Without any update from SEC, SUPER has projected its offering date on Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) to be within late January or early February.
According to the statement from Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) saying that the company’s Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF), that has been filed to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since October, is likely to be ready for offering in late January or early February while expecting a positive feedback from investors to further its business.
Following the aforementioned statement, “Kaohoon Online” has checked with SEC and would like to report that the data of Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) has not yet been updated and still no indication from SEC of the offering date.
