KTB Securities (Thailand), as an underwriter of CAZ, has sold 1.86% of CAZ's shares on the first trading day of CAZ on January 22, 2019.
Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand (SEC) has revealed that on January 22, 2019, which was the first trading day of CAZ (Thailand) Public Company Limited (CAZ) who is a subsidiary of Takuni Group Public Company Limited (TAKUNI), KTB Securities (Thailand) has sold 1.86% of CAZ’s shares, leaving KTB Securities to hold 3.6%.
As an underwriter of CAZ, KTB was the third major shareholder of CAZ, holding 5.46% as of January 17, before the trade on January 22, 2019.
