TICON Gets the Green Light to Change the Name to Frasers Property or FPT
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has resolved to approve the change of TICON’s name, trading symbol and seal to Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT)
TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited (TICON) has announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on January 25, 2019, has resolved to approve the change of TICON’s name, trading symbol and seal.
TICON will be changing its name to Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, and the trading symbol will be changed from TICON to FPT. The change and the amendment have already been registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on January 28, 2019.
