Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) has established a new subsidiary, Homegrown Shrimp (USA) LLC., to run a shrimp farm in the USA with a registered capital of $6.6 million or approximately ฿206 million. CPF will hold 100% of Homegrown Shrimp’s shares.
