KPN Land has acquired another 5.54% of RML to make it a total of 19.84% in its portfolio.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reported that on February 4, 2019, KPN Land Company Limited has acquired 5.54% of shares, equaling to 5.54% of the voting rights in Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML). After the acquisition, KPN Land will hold a total of 19.84% of the voting rights in RML.
